Job Description
We are hiring an Instructional Design Program Manager to lead design and delivery of learning programs across our organization. You will define learning strategies, manage curriculum development, and ensure instructional quality for instructor-led and digital experiences.
Responsibilities include overseeing cross-functional teams, coordinating subject matter experts, directing e-learning production, setting milestones, and measuring learner outcomes with data-driven evaluation.
Ideal candidates have strong project management skills, 5+ years in instructional design, experience with LMS and authoring tools, and excellent communication to align stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
