Job Description
Spark Scale seeks a proactive, detail-oriented Upwork Bidder to support business development. You will monitor Upwork daily for Web Development, Digital Marketing, and SEO opportunities; craft customized, persuasive proposals; manage initial client communications and schedule interviews with our technical team; optimize agency/individual Upwork profiles; and maintain daily records of bids, responses, interviews, and conversion rates. Requirements: proven Upwork bidding experience, strong written English, understanding of Upwork strategies and client behavior, and the ability to work independently to meet daily targets. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: In person.
