Job Description
Speak Viral is seeking an experienced HR Executive to oversee our recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Human Resources and a thorough understanding of labor laws.
Key responsibilities include designing compensation packages, implementing performance review processes, and developing fair HR policies. You will also need to manage the hiring process, coordinate training programs, and ensure compliance with labor legislation.
