Job Description
Join our IT team as a Network Support Engineer to maintain and optimize company networks. You will troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues, configure switches and routers, manage firewalls and VPNs, monitor network performance, and provide technical support to users. Document changes, follow security best practices, and work with cross-functional teams on projects and upgrades. Requirements: Associate degree or equivalent, 2+ years network support experience, solid knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, and network monitoring tools; CCNA or similar certification preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and willingness to participate in occasional on-call rotation.
