Job Description
Job Title: Cold Caller (Hybrid)
Location: M Block, Ferozepur Road, Lahore
Salary: PKR 80,00 – 110,00 per month
Job Type: Hybrid (Office + Work From Home)
Job description:
We are looking for a Fluent English-Speaking Cold Caller with excellent communication skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be confident, motivated, and comfortable making outbound calls to potential clients. A Healthcare background is plus , but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company scripts.
- Introduce and promote company services professionally.
- Handle client questions and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call logs and update CRM with relevant details.
- Meet daily/weekly calling and lead targets.
- Follow up with warm leads when required.
Requirements:
- Fluent English (must).
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Strong phone presence and confidence while speaking.
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions.
- Healthcare or related background is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Must be punctual, responsible, and target-driven.
Work Schedule (Hybrid):
- Office: 6 PM – 11 PM
- Work from home : 12 AM – 3 AM
- Monday to Friday
