Job Description
We are seeking a friendly Contact Center Agent to handle inbound/outbound calls, answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and document interactions in the CRM. You will meet quality standards, achieve KPIs, and escalate complex cases. Ideal candidates have excellent communication skills in English, basic computer literacy, patience, and a customer-first attitude. Prior call center experience is preferred but not required.
