Job Description
Position Summary: The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall appearance of The Mall. This role ensures that all housekeeping staff meet quality standards and that all areas are safe and welcoming for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate housekeeping staff, including hiring and training.
- Establish and maintain cleaning standards and procedures.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Assist in developing and managing the housekeeping budget.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve guest experiences.
- Develop training programs for staff enhancement.
Qualifications: High school diploma required; degree in hospitality management preferred. 8+ years in housekeeping is required. Strong leadership and communication skills are a must.
