Job Description
Lead poultry pharmaceutical sales in Multan, report to the National Sales Manager, and drive regional growth. Responsibilities: create and execute sales plans, hit sales/recovery targets, appoint/manage distributors, recruit and coach sales staff, manage territory, stock and credit, set pricing/promotions, support product launches, visit farms and vets, and monitor competitors. Requirements: bachelor’s degree (Veterinary preferred), 5–7 years poultry pharma sales, leadership, negotiation, distributor management, forecasting, Excel skills, and willingness to travel. Full-time, in-person.
