Job Description
Star Laboratories (Pvt.) Ltd. seeks an Area Sales Manager for our Poultry Pharmaceuticals team in Gujranwala, Pakistan. Requires 3–5 years’ experience in poultry pharma and at least a Bachelor’s (Veterinary Science preferred). You will drive regional sales, achieve targets, manage distributors and dealers, ensure territory coverage and call discipline, monitor product availability and recoveries, implement pricing and promotions, support product launches, and report market intelligence. Strong execution, communication, basic people coaching, poultry market knowledge, analytical skills, and willingness to travel are required. Authorities include recommending distributors, approving discounts per policy, and assisting resource allocation. Full-time, in-person role.
