Job Description
Stardom Now seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative to respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat; provide accurate information; resolve complaints and follow up; maintain detailed interaction records; follow policies and meet team targets and call-handling quotas; and escalate unresolved issues. Requirements: High School diploma minimum (Bachelor’s preferred), 1-2 years customer service experience (freshers welcome), strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and time-management skills.
