Job Description
Strive BPO Limited is seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our Verification Team for the Medicare Campaign. This role focuses on verifying customer details post-sales calls and ensuring data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound verification calls to confirm customer information.
- Verify and update data collected by sales or support representatives.
- Maintain accurate call logs and CRM records.
- Identify and resolve any data discrepancies.
- Uphold quality and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of call center or verification experience.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy.
- Located in Rawalpindi, available for on-site work.
