Job Description
Strive BPO LLP is hiring an ACA Customer Service Representative in Rawalpindi (3rd Floor, above Bank Alfalah, Saidpur Road, Block E, Asghar Mall Scheme). Full-time night shift (7:00 PM–6:00 AM). Role: handle outbound calls, verify customer details, process requests, maintain accurate daily records, build rapport, and meet performance targets. Candidates should be fluent in English, confident communicators with strong attention to detail, reliable night-shift workers, and have at least 1 year of CSR experience.
