Job Description
Onsite — Hayat Abad, Peshawar. Full-time Nursing Manager responsible for leading clinical nursing teams to ensure high-quality patient care, including staff supervision, training and development, 24-hour shift scheduling, policy coordination, recruitment panel participation, RMI nursing hostel oversight, and daily reporting to the DMS. Workweek Mon–Fri (Sat half day). Qualifications: BSN or MSN/MHA or related, 10–14 years total nursing experience including 5–7 years clinical and 3–5 years supervisory/leadership experience. Competitive salary Rs250,00–Rs400,00 per month. In-person role requiring strong leadership, operational management, and professional conduct enforcement.
