Job Description

As a Bakery Production Supervisor you will lead daily baking operations, manage production schedules, ensure product quality and food safety, train staff, and maintain equipment and inventory to meet targets and minimize waste.

Candidate should have 2+ years in bakery production, strong leadership, knowledge of HACCP/food-safety, attention to detail, and ability to work mornings and lift up to 50 lbs. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required.
