Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain office cleanliness, including kitchen and restrooms.
- Prepare and serve beverages to staff and visitors.
- Assist with photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.
- Deliver documents and supplies within the office.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies.
- Support maintenance of office equipment.
- Answer and forward telephone calls.
- Assist with various office tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma with 2 to 3 years of experience.
- Knowledge of guest service etiquette.
