Salary: 40,00 to 60,00 PKR

Job Overview:

Sunday Bazar is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Parcel Tracking Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, especially in using formulas, data analytics, and reporting tools, to track and manage parcel deliveries across Pakistan. Alongside technical expertise, the candidate should be comfortable in communicating with customers over phone calls regarding delivery issues and return queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track all outgoing parcels through courier portals and maintain updated records in Excel.
• Identify delivery issues such as delays, returns, or RTOs (Return to Origin) and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate with courier services for timely delivery updates and resolution of complaints.
• Engage with customers on calls for parcel delivery confirmations, delay updates, and return concerns.
• Actively work on reducing the return ratio (currently ~23%) by identifying patterns and ensuring better communication and confirmation before dispatch.
• Maintain daily tracking sheets using advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, etc.).
• Generate manual reports and dashboards related to parcel movement, courier performance, and returns.
• Collaborate with customer service, product, and inventory teams for smooth delivery operations.
• Submit daily and weekly performance reports to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in parcel tracking, logistics support, or similar operations role (E-commerce preferred).
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially in using formulas and analytics tools.
• Comfortable handling customer queries and feedback over phone calls.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze parcel and return trends.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive tasks.
• Minimum education: Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in a customer-facing logistics or delivery role.
• Familiarity with local courier tracking systems (Leopards, TCS, Call Courier, etc.).
• Understanding of order lifecycle and return reasons in e-commerce.
