Job Description
Sunder is seeking a qualified Factory Supervisor for our rubber manufacturing facility located near Sundar Estate. Applicants should hold a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Qualifications: Residence near the factory is preferred. Intermediate education is preferred, and candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Duties: Supervise production, lead workers, ensure quality, perform equipment maintenance checks, and manage loading operations.
Shift: 12 hours; Job Type: Full-time; Pay: Starting at Rs40,00.00 per month.
