Job Description
Sunuba Salon is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Manager (females only) to join our team. Your role will include handling all landline and mobile calls to ensure client satisfaction, managing appointment scheduling from various sources, and warmly greeting clients. You will provide clear service, pricing, and discount information, assist with upselling services, and maintain accurate client records.
We require excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer service mindset. Familiarity with basic software systems is preferred.
