Swift Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our operational strategy in real estate and construction. The COO will ensure timely delivery, quality standards, budget control, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Develop strategies, oversee project execution, manage operations, and drive innovation in construction.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering/Architecture; MBA preferred; 15+ years in real estate/construction with senior leadership experience; strong leadership and communication skills.
