Job Description
Job Purpose: Oversee and manage the housekeeping operations across multiple sites within the designated zone, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, staff performance, and client satisfaction as per Swift Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd.’s service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities include: leading zonal operations, supervising staff, conducting site audits, coordinating with clients, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and budget controls.
Key Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of cleaning procedures, proficiency in MS Office, multitasking capabilities, and a problem-solving attitude.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month | Work Location: In person
