About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Intern to join our team at Farm to Home. This internship offers hands-on experience in customer engagement and support. High-performing interns will be considered for a full-time Customer Care Executive position upon successful completion of the internship.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers who have previously used Farm to Home services.
- Engage customers to retain and re-activate them by clearly explaining Farm to Home’s services, offerings, and benefits
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Address customer queries, concerns, or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions and follow-ups where required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team when necessary.
Requirements & Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Confident, polite, and customer-centric attitude.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles.
- Ability to handle customer objections and queries calmly.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with calling tools/CRM is a plus.
