Job Description

Duration: 2 Months Internship (Leading to Permanent Position)

Job Type: Onsite – Full Time

Department: Customer Support / Customer Experience

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Intern to join our team at Farm to Home. This internship offers hands-on experience in customer engagement and support. High-performing interns will be considered for a full-time Customer Care Executive position upon successful completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers who have previously used Farm to Home services.
  • Engage customers to retain and re-activate them by clearly explaining Farm to Home’s services, offerings, and benefits
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Address customer queries, concerns, or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions and follow-ups where required.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team when necessary.

Requirements & Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Confident, polite, and customer-centric attitude.
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles.
  • Ability to handle customer objections and queries calmly.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with calling tools/CRM is a plus.
