Job Description
SWITZEL INTERNATIONAL seeks BIM Modelers (ARC/STR/MEP) for its Lahore office. Responsibilities include BIM model authoring from engineer mark-ups, integrating approved 2D drawings, COBie 2.4 spreadsheet familiarity, clash detection and resolution per client matrix, and QA/QC reviews against checklists. Candidates must be proficient in Revit and Navisworks, possess strong technical and communication skills, and work on-site. Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical, 5–7 years relevant experience; Revit (4 yrs) and Navisworks (4 yrs) required, Dynamo (3 yrs) preferred. Full-time position; immediate joiners preferred.
