Job Description
Sybrid Pvt Ltd, part of The Lakson Group of Companies, is looking for a dedicated Customer Relations Officer. The successful candidate will manage incoming customer calls, providing accurate information about our products and resolving queries to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Logging calls, updating our CRM system, and escalating unresolved issues.

Pay: Rs30,00.00 per month
