Technical Support Intern – Call Agent
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Support Intern to join our team at Sybrid Pvt Ltd, part of The Lakson Group of Companies. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with technical issues, troubleshooting network problems, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This internship provides hands-on experience in technical support and customer service within the telecommunications industry.
