Job Description

Synercon is seeking a dedicated Admin HR & Finance Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support in various functions, including:

Human Resources Support

  • Assist in recruitment tasks, such as job postings and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain employee records and coordinate onboarding processes.

Administrative Support

  • Manage office supplies and organize meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Support day-to-day office operations and vendor coordination.

Finance Support

  • Assist in recording daily expenses and processing invoices.
  • Help prepare financial summaries and support monthly reconciliations.
