Job Description
Job Objective: Supervise solar installation teams, ensuring progress and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site assessments and inspections.
- Monitor daily site progress.
- Implement quality control measures.
- Manage tools and order materials.
- Train and mentor junior technicians.
- Coordinate with customers for support.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Technical training in electrical or renewable energy.
Education: DAE / B. Tech in Electrical/Electronics
Experience: 2+ years in solar installation and supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
