Job Description
About the Role: Sysinn is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate HR to support our HR operations. Ideal candidates should have 3–6 months of experience and be ready to assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the recruitment process by posting jobs and scheduling interviews.
- Maintaining employee records and addressing basic employee queries.
- Coordinating training sessions and HR meetings.
Requirements:
