Job Description

Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Perform gap and impact analysis.
- Support UAT and prepare test scenarios.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of requirement gathering.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills.
