Job Description
We’re hiring a target-driven Tele Sales Executive to generate leads and sell web/mobile apps, digital marketing, AI automation, and support. Duties: outbound calling, lead qualification, follow-ups (call/WhatsApp/email/LinkedIn), book demos/close deals, CRM updates, and proposal coordination. Requirements: 1–3 years tele/B2B sales (IT preferred), strong English/Urdu, negotiation skills, basic IT knowledge; UAE/US/UK client experience and LinkedIn outreach a plus. KPIs: daily calls, qualified leads, meetings, proposals, revenue. Full-time in-person in Karachi. Salary PKR 30,00–60,00 + commission, with training and growth path.
