Job Description
Front Sales Executive
Location: Asia Pacific Trade Center, Rashid Minhas Rd, Block 19 Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi
Job Type: Full-Time and Onsite
Shift Timings: 8 PM – 5 AM, Monday – Friday
About the Role
We are looking for a confident and energetic Front Sales Executive who can effectively communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, and convert inquiries into successful sales. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally
- Communicate product/service details clearly and persuasively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
- Follow company sales processes and quality standards
Requirements
- Fluent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong confidence and persuasion skills
- Basic computer literacy (CRM, MS Office, Google Sheets)
- Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply; prior sales experience is a plus

Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
