Job Description
BPO Medical Verification at Talentive HR: Full-time, in-person role contacting Medicare beneficiaries during the Annual Enrollment Period to confirm eligibility for updated benefits (dental, vision, hearing, prescription) and transfer qualified prospects to licensed insurance agents. Responsibilities include outbound outreach, verifying Medicare Part A and Part B enrollment, collecting DOB, ZIP code and prescription details, answering questions and handling objections, obtaining verbal consent before transfers, and maintaining Do Not Call and data-security compliance. Accurately document call outcomes and schedule follow-ups as needed. Pay: Rs60,00–Rs75,00 per month.
