Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the operations of our establishment during the night shift, ensuring a safe and productive environment for both guests and staff.
Responsibilities include managing daily operations, supervising night staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and handling any emergencies or issues that may arise. The Night Manager will also be responsible for staff scheduling and training new employees.
We are looking for a leader with exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to problem-solve. Previous experience in hospitality management is preferred.
