We are looking for one HR Executive (Female) to join our hiring team and help in sourcing recruitment needs of the company

Job location shahalam market lahore

Job timing 9:30am till 6pm

Monday till Saturday

Candidate should be experience in sourcing through social media, whatsapp channels and employer portals having experience in use of LinkedIn, indeed, social media platforms

Core Responsibilities:

Employer Branding & Early Talent Programs – Lead arrangements for and represent Rafhan at campus drives, job fairs, and other branding events.

Maintain relationships with university career offices and manage the execution of Internship and Management Trainee Program.

Develop, curate and manage content/promotional materials for Rafhan Maize’s social media and digital presence.

Learning & Development – Support the implementation of the annual training plans by coordinating with external vendors and internal facilitators.

Monitor participation in e-learning modules, maintain training records, and assist in reporting learning metrics to stakeholders.
