Job Description
Tech Solution Pro seeks a driven BDM to independently grow client acquisition via Upwork (optional LinkedIn). Onsite — Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. Responsibilities: identify and qualify leads, craft winning proposals, manage and optimize our Upwork profile and portfolio, coordinate with internal teams, track bidding performance and improve conversion rates. Qualifications: 2+ years in Upwork bidding for IT/digital services, strong understanding of Upwork algorithms and proposal strategies, excellent written and verbal communication, self-motivated, strategic and target-driven. Full-time; competitive base pay Rs80,00–Rs100,00/month with performance incentives. Bachelor’s degree preferred. In-person role with clear career growth opportunities.
