Working hours & Salary:

During 2-month probation

o PKR 50,00

o Monday to Saturday 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Pakistan Time)

After probation

o PKR 60,00 – based on performance and learning speed

o Monday to Saturday 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Pakistan Time)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Founder Operations & Growth Associate to support a UK-based technology professional and business owner managing multiple businesses across software, logistics, accounting, customer service, and SaaS. This role is focused on making the founder’s professional life easier by handling coordination, organisation, follow-ups, and growth support across different ventures.

Scope of Responsibilities

Monitor and manage business emails

Filter, prioritise, and draft professional email responses

Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups using Trello Prepare daily and weekly work summaries Assist with invoicing, bank reconciliation, VAT prep data, and EPR statistics Prepare documents using Excel, Google Sheets, CSVs, and PDFs Support call follow-ups and action tracking Research potential clients, markets, and opportunities Assist with outreach preparation and lead tracking for business growth Maintain detailed daily activity logs

Essential Qualifications and Skills

Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related technical field Excellent spoken and written English Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills Comfortable working with CSVs, PDFs, and internal systems Professional email writing skills Fast typing and logical thinking Highly organised, focused, and disciplined Able to handle confidential information responsibly Additional Skills (Advantageous) Familiarity with AI tools, basic design capability using platforms such as Canva, light exposure to accounting processes, and a foundational understanding of software or SaaS products would be considered advantageous for this role.

Role Boundaries

This role is not a traditional secretary or receptionist role. It is also not a sales-only or commission-based position, and it is strictly a full-time role rather than freelance or part time.
