Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Upwork Bidder/Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Upwork bidding and client acquisition, specifically in the following niches:

• Web Development (CMS-based projects)
• Figma Design / UI-UX Design

The candidate should be capable of identifying business opportunities, communicating with international clients, and converting leads into long-term projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bid on projects through Upwork on a daily basis
• Identify and target relevant projects in CMS-based web development and UI/UX (Figma) design
• Write customized and compelling proposals
• Communicate with clients and handle initial discussions
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
• Maintain and grow Upwork profile performance (response rate, conversion, etc.)
• Perform market and competitor research
• Meet monthly business development targets

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of proven experience on Upwork
• Strong background in business development for:
• CMS-based Web Development (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
• Figma / UI-UX Design projects
• Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
• Strong understanding of Upwork bidding strategies and algorithms
• Ability to generate and close leads independently
• Goal-oriented and result-driven mindset
