Job Description
Techno Batch PVT.LTD is seeking a proactive and dynamic Relationship Manager to oversee client relationships and ensure successful delivery of IT solutions. The ideal candidate will be the main point of contact for assigned clients, coordinate with technical teams, and maintain long-term relationships for client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead point of contact for customer account management.
