Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Executive to join our team on the night shift. This on-site position requires availability from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM and involves direct reporting to the Admin Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and assist with payroll.
- Coordinate administrative tasks and prepare HR reports.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, prior HR experience preferred, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month.
