We are seeking a Junior Female HR Executive to assist in managing core HR operations, including maintaining employee records, handling daily attendance, and supporting onboarding/offboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Monitor daily attendance
- Assist in recruitment
- Facilitate employee onboarding/offboarding
- Draft HR documents
- Support Operations Manager with administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with HR policies
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
