Job Description
We seek a Night Shift Call Center Agent to handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve issues, and document interactions professionally. Candidates must have strong English communication, problem-solving skills, and basic computer proficiency. Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required; training is provided. Shifts run overnight (11:00 PM–7:00 AM) with rotating weekends. Candidates should be reliable, calm under pressure, and able to multitask. Competitive pay, performance bonuses, and benefits available for full-time hires.
