Job Description
TECHNOTECH SOLUTIONS seeks a responsible, professional Senior HR Executive (Female only) for a full-time night shift (Mon–Fri, 7:00 PM–4:00 AM) on-site. You will manage CV shortlisting, interview coordination, candidate communication (WhatsApp/email/phone), prepare basic HR documents (offer/warning/notice), maintain attendance and employee records, provide employee coordination and support, and assist management while maintaining strict confidentiality. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (HR/Business preferred), 0–2 years HR experience (freshers welcome), basic MS Word/email/WhatsApp skills, strong English and Urdu communication, honesty, and ability to work nights.
