Job Description
Techsol IT is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating sales team interactions, including chats, calls, and leads, to ensure that quality and performance standards are met.
Shifts: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM & 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Location: Onsite Full-time
Requirements:
Prior QA or sales auditing experience is preferred. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to provide clear feedback and maintain quality reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
