Job Description
At Telegenix, we are seeking 15 enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Night Shift Call Center Agents. No prior experience is necessary! Our goal is to connect businesses with customers through exceptional B2C solutions and outstanding service.
What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers.
- Follow scripts to present products and engage with customers.
- Record call details in our CRM system.
- Meet daily call volume and sales targets.
Perks & Benefits:
- Basic salary: Rs30,00 – Rs40,00.
- High commissions and uncapped incentives.
- Monday–Friday work schedule with weekends off.
Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM.
Location: Wapda Town Phase 1 (On-site).
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- No Criminal Record
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Good Communication Skills
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
