We are seeking an Eligibility & Benefits Verification Specialist to join Telelinkz Pvt. Ltd. This role involves verifying patient insurance coverage, documenting plan benefits, and ensuring all patient information is accurate prior to claims submission. The ideal candidate must possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and prior experience with U.S. healthcare payers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify patients’ insurance eligibility and benefits via payer portals and phone calls.
• Document verified information in the EHR system.
• Coordinate with front office and billing teams for discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and payer-specific guidelines.

Requirements:

• 1–2+ years of experience in U.S. medical billing or eligibility verification.
• Proficiency in payer portals and EMR systems.
