Job Description
Texitech is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information.
- Resolving customer complaints or issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Documenting all customer interactions and escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Staying updated on product knowledge to deliver effective support and guidance to customers.
