TGS is currently hiring Logistics Pricing Executives for its Operations team. This is a full-time, on-site night shift role for professionals with strong communication skills and experience in logistics pricing and carrier coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with US-based carriers via email and phone calls to negotiate and finalize competitive freight rates
- Source, recruit, and onboard new carriers through company portals, online platforms, and direct email outreach
- Maintain and update carrier rate sheets and pricing records accurately
- Follow up on pending quotes and ensure timely rate confirmations
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing and new carriers
- Monitor market trends and carrier availability to support cost-effective pricing decisions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and basic carrier requirements
- Collaborate with internal operations and sales teams to support shipment pricing needs
Mandatory Requirement
- Strong spoken English is essential for daily communication with US carriers
