Job Description
TGT Nexus Pvt Ltd is seeking a Quality Assurance Executive responsible for monitoring and evaluating our sales processes. Key responsibilities include auditing sales calls and interactions, preparing QA reports, and providing actionable feedback.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 2 years of experience in QA or sales support, preferably in a call center environment. Required skills: strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in CRM tools.
This full-time position requires working in person, managing night shifts, and includes salary indication in the application.
