Job Description
Join The Baron Pakistan as a Human Resources Officer! In this full-time position, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment and onboarding activities, maintaining and updating employee records and HR documentation, and managing attendance and leave records using HR software. You will also coordinate payroll data with the HR team and assist with employee benefits, medical, provident fund, and insurance matters. Effective internal communication, meeting coordination, and HR correspondence will be essential in this role, along with preparing HR reports and maintaining organized filing systems.
Compensation: Rs75,00.00 per month
Work Location: In person
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Able to Work in a Team
- Good Communication Skills
