The KRAs: Responsibilities
The role leads OD, IR, and HR Strategy, ensuring a complete 360-degree HR lifecycle, strong governance, talent sustainability, and a high-performance, inclusive culture within a premium hospitality environment including:
- Strategic HR leadership across full employee lifecycle
- Policy governance aligned with labor laws
- Talent acquisition, branding, and retention excellence
- Strong industrial relations and union handling
- Performance management and succession planning
- Learning, development, and capability building
- Employee engagement and DEI culture
- Compensation, benefits, and rewards management
- HR analytics, reporting, and dashboards
- Administration, compliance, and people services
The Right Candidate
- MS / MBA in Human Resources
- 5 years’ experience in a 4 or 5-Star Hotel within a People & Culture environment
- Resort experience will be preferred
- Professional certifications such as CHRM / CHRP are required
- Strong communication skillsand high emotional intelligence
- Sound knowledge of labor laws
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Decibel, FlowHCM etc.
- A Pleasant personality and strong stakeholder management skills
