Job Description
We are hiring an Assistant Manager RHR to support HR operations, recruitment, rewards, and employee relations. You will assist the HR Manager in policy implementation, performance management, and compliance.
Key responsibilities include coordinating talent acquisition, managing payroll and benefits processes, analyzing HR metrics, and leading employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, 3+ years HR experience, strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Knowledge of labor laws and HRIS preferred.
